Calibration Decks

The Freeze Calibration Deck is a living & growing collection of visual tools designed to help orient moments of freeze, shutdown, overwhelm, or internal confusion, without judgment or pressure to “fix” anything.

Each card offers a way to name what’s happening at the nervous system level. These aren’t affirmations or instructions. They’re orientation points that are meant to reduce friction, interrupt spirals, and make space for regulation to return on its own timeline.

The deck grew out of lived experience and body-level understanding of trauma, freeze responses, and nervous system safety. Cards can be used individually, revisited as needed, or simply held as reminders that what you’re experiencing has a shape and a name, you’re not alone in feeling it, and there is a way out.
